• Booking & contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your trip (pickup and drop-off, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and bags, and chosen vehicle or driver).
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we receive limited details such as a confirmation and the amount charged.
• Account & driver information — if you register as an operator or driver, your login credentials, profile and vehicle details, photos, insurance and CPUC TCP permit documents and numbers, and ratings.
• Communications — messages you send us (for example, through the contact form) and records of booking-related emails and texts.
• Technical information — standard data your device and browser provide, such as IP address and basic usage information, used to operate and secure the Service.

We use your information to:

• Provide, arrange, and manage your transportation and bookings;
• Process payments and issue receipts and invoices;
• Send booking confirmations, driver assignments, and service updates by email and text;
• Verify driver documents and operate the fleet;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Protect against fraud and keep the Service secure;
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We share personal information only as needed to run the Service:

• With drivers and operators — the details necessary to fulfill your ride (such as your name, contact number, and trip details).
• With service providers who process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and file storage), and Vercel (website hosting).
• For legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our riders, drivers, or company.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive booking-related emails and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time; essential service messages (such as a driver assignment for a ride you booked) may still be sent.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
• Request access to or a copy of your personal information;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share your personal information);
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (such as our payment processor). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
