Local Business Spotlight — Advertising Terms
1. Paid advertising placement
The Local Business Spotlight is a paid advertising placement. It is clearly labeled as an advertisement and does not represent an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or referral by FAME Transportation. FAME does not verify and makes no representation about an advertiser's licensing, insurance, credentials, quality, or business claims.
2. Eligibility and review
Placements are available only to travel-related businesses in the listed categories. Every application is manually reviewed. FAME may approve, request changes to, reject, or remove any advertisement at any time, in its sole discretion, including for content, accuracy, brand fit, or legal reasons.
3. Pricing and billing
The placement is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, billed through Stripe. Your placement becomes eligible to display only after both FAME approval and confirmed payment. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
4. Display and availability
By default one advertiser is featured per city, shown above the footer on that city's route pages. FAME does not guarantee any specific placement position, page, impressions, clicks, leads, traffic, conversions, or search-engine rankings. Advertiser links are published as sponsored links and are not intended to pass search ranking credit.
5. Cancellation and removal
You may cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal; the placement remains until the end of the paid period. If payment fails, the subscription is canceled, or it lapses, the advertisement is automatically removed from public pages. FAME may remove an advertisement for breach of these terms or for any reason, with a prorated refund at FAME's discretion.
6. Advertiser content and warranties
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your logo, text, phone, address, and website, and you warrant you have the right to use them. You will not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content. You grant FAME a license to display the submitted materials for the purpose of the placement.
7. Liability
The placement is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAME is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the advertising placement, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the placement in the preceding month.
